Exceeded expectations, fabulous hotel, beautiful spacious room, helpful staff, reasonable food.

Nothing, it is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, tailoring everything to suit my disability. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxing. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the gardens and sea. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the furniture in the room, although old, was beautiful and well-maintained. The ambiance was cozy and comforting, thanks to the numerous lamps around the room. The breakfast was excellent, with both uncooked and cooked options. The presentation exceeded even some 5-star hotels I've stayed in. The hotel has ample parking, and it's a short walk to the beach and the town center.

Great food! the menu had a good variety and the dishes were well presented and tasty. the prices were surprisingly reasonable. the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and had a good variety of choices.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown. There were cobwebs and insects in both rooms we stayed in, which was disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the town center and the beach, providing easy access to all amenities and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-presented, with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel lacks some extra amenities in the rooms, such as shower caps, which would have been a nice addition considering the price.

We were delighted with the evening meal at Savoy Park. The options were excellent, catering to both light and substantial appetites. The atmosphere was relaxed and the food was top-notch. We also enjoyed the lovely garden, providing quiet spots to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices for the room were very reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre of Ayr and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The room was small but comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast included bacon and eggs cooked to order, with plenty of other options, and the friendly waitress made the experience even better.
